
At Ambassadorial Taxi, Tours & Limousine Services LLC ("Ambassadorial," "we," "our," or "us"), we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to reservations for transportation, tours, airport transfers, chauffeur services, and limousine services.
By booking with Ambassadorial, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Customer Cancellations
Airport Transfers, Taxi & Chauffeur Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Tours & Excursions

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
2. Flight Delays & Airline Cancellations
We understand that airline disruptions are often beyond a traveler's control.
Flight Delays

Customers must notify Ambassadorial as soon as possible regarding any flight delay.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjusted arrival times without additional charges when operationally feasible.

Extended delays may result in additional waiting-time charges.
Airline Cancellations
If your airline cancels your flight:

Reservations may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

If the transportation service is no longer required due to the airline cancellation, a full refund may be issued upon submission of proof of cancellation from the airline.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled service date.
3. Extreme Weather & Natural Events
The U.S. Virgin Islands may occasionally experience severe weather conditions, including:

Hurricanes

Tropical storms
-
Flooding
-
Earthquakes
-
Tsunami warnings
-
Government-declared emergencies
-
Port or airport closures
Customer Cancellations Due to Severe Weather
If government agencies, airports, seaports, or emergency management authorities issue closures, travel restrictions, or evacuation orders that directly impact your reservation:

Customers may receive a full refund, or
-
Elect to receive a service credit valid for 6 months.
Ambassadorial Service Suspension
For the safety of our passengers, drivers, and vehicles, Ambassadorial reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in the event of severe weather or unsafe road conditions.
In such cases:

Customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule without penalty.
4. Cruise Ship Delays & Cancellations
For guests arriving via cruise ship:

If a cruise ship is unable to dock due to weather, mechanical issues, or itinerary changes, customers may receive a full refund upon verification.

If arrival times change, Ambassadorial will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revised schedules.
5. No-Shows
A reservation will be considered a "No-Show" when:

The customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location.

The customer cannot be contacted using the information provided.
-
The customer departs with another transportation provider without notifying Ambassadorial.
No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Service Interruptions Beyond Our Control
Ambassadorial shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Road closures
-
Traffic accidents
-
Government actions
-
Civil disturbances
-
Utility failures
-
Labor disputes
-
Airline, ferry, or cruise line disruptions
Where possible, we will work with customers to reschedule services or provide applicable credits.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Actual processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment processor.
